Why can't I remember anything?

I'm 13 years old. An expresso machine, and a crock pot both fell on top of my head (please don't ask why). It hurt like HELLLL, when it fell on my head, I fell down and hit my cheekbone on the floor. I was also applying chapstick on at the time, so when I slipped, the hard part scd my gums. I started crying but was okay after half an hour (still hurts) Talk about bad luck. I was afraid that I lost some brain cells (posted a question before about that) but now, I'm pretty fustrated due to the fact that I have a hard time remembering what happened. I remember waking up that morning, but other than that , I couldn't remember the rest of my day.. Should I go consult a doctor ? or is this just temporary??
