How to get boyfriend back?:(?

My asian parents are extremely racist and i'm attracted to black guys so since my ex was black, i couldnt have him meet my parents and this made it very hard for us to see each other. We would hang out once a week and text/call everyday. Last week my parents found a picture of us on my phone and they became even stricter so that it was harder for me to see him. I know our relationship was difficult for both of us but we were always so happy together and we love each other so much. He ended up breaking up with me a couple days ago because he was upset about being kept a secret and because he was tired of sneaking around and lying to my parents. He says he still loves me and the decision to let me go was hard for him, but he felt like i had too many issues at home and that it was the best thing to do.His mom also didnt like me very much and pressured him to break up with me as well. This all happened while I was away on vacation.We've been through so much together and lost our virginities together and I know that we still love each other very much...it was just so hard:( I cant get over him cause he meant everything to me and it hurts that hes gonna try forcing himself to stop loving me...I'm coming home this weekend and i plan on meeting up with him on monday for closure. However i know that as soon as we see each other again after ive been gone for so long everything will come rushing back. i just want to be able to talk to him and get him back because its not fair that our parents broke us up. the love is still there. So my question is what should i say to him and what should i wear to make him realize that he made a mistake by letting me go?
