Studying Abroad in the UK, choose between: University of Sheffield, Sus, and Leeds?

I'm planning on studying abroad next winter, which of the 3 out of Uni of Sheffield, Sus, and Leeds is the best choice for a student who enjoys nightlife, cheap living, a safe environment, and a friendly neighborhood? Any additional comments would be much appreciated! Thanks so much!
