Why do Man City keep drawing ?

They have bought some of the best players around (i know this doesn't mean a thing) but surely they should be good enough to win some games, they have drawn way too many. I think they should get rid of Hughes he is not cut out to manage a team with such big ambitions. He was ok at Blackburn but he can't seem to do it at city. Maybe he should just go manage Swansea or Cardiff!
