Why did Sarah Palin compare herself to Shakespeare and Bush?

She is delusional. All politics aside. I honestly have not figured out what her candidacy has to offer this Country. She winks and talks a lot but says nothing of substance. And she quit her job as Governor to make more money on the lecture circuit. Besides her views on military support (which is a given), pit bulls, death panels and guns, I don't see her has the leader of this Country.
