I take medication regular for psroiatic arthiritus?

i take co-dydromol500/10mg,also take diclofenic 50mg for psriotic arthiritus and also zopiclone7.5g for insomnia,and i'm thimking i'm pregnant should i stop taking these medications or should i carry on until i go to see my gp,can any1 advise me what to do thanks kerry
