How much weight can I lose if...?

You would probably lose quite a bit of weight. I would guess somewhere in the neighborhood of 3.5+ lbs/week. I must warn you, though. This would be a very hard diet to stick to. I'd only do this diet for a few weeks at most. Then worry more about calories (1500-1600 calories/day if you're a woman) than what you're actually eating. Keep the working out up, though. That's really the key. As long as you are burning more calories than you are consuming, then you should continue to lose rather than gain weight.
