What are my chances at an MIT acceptance?

You need the highest grades in the hardest cles and very high test scores just to compete with everyone else, and then you need a lot more. You also need a good reason for wanting to attend a top school, which I don't see here, and you need to take responsibility for your grades instead of blaming others for them. Right now, you're not even an average applicant for a top school.
