Teeth extraction in children?

The hospital probably know best, I had 4 teeth removed like this when I was a child to avoid overcrowding, I had to have braces but because of this early treatment and a good dentist, I managed to get them when I was very young and was brace-free by age 12 or 13. Now as an adult I have straight teeth and even got my wisdom teeth with no problems. I'd say listen to the professionals.
