Is Barry Bonds hall of fame material?

Other than the suspicion that he might have taken steroids and peds, with all the stats he put up and all the awards he got, would he be a first ballot hall of famer if he didnt take steroids? If you were to all at them the at face value? What about Mark Mcgwire, Jose Canseco, Sammy Sosa, Roger Clemens, A-Rod and all the suspected steroid users? I dont the steroids will really hurt their chances of being in the hall of fame, but what would happen if they didnt use any peds but still had a nasty attitude?
