Ebay/paypal unconfirmed buyer?

A buyer with 0 feedback and an unconfirmed paypal address bought an item from me. I DID receive an instant Paypal payment, but is that a guarantee that it's ok to ship to item? I am wary of shipping a $300 item to Greece without some reurance, but I have received payment. Is there anything that could go wrong if the payment has already cleared?
