Boiler problem, Please help warm us up!?

Hi, I have an ariston genus 23 boiler and the low system water level light is on. The pressure reads 0. I know i have to get the pressure up to 1 bar but in the installation and servicing manuals it doesn't actually tell you how to do this. if anyone can help it would be great as my kids and I are freezing. thanks in advance.
