Does the court normally find in favor of the woman in custody cases? I went to court (male) and thought I would have no problem getting custody of our daughter. I showed up with a lawyer, witnesses, and evidence. She showed up with nothing. She even tells the judge she doesnt have a job or her own place or even $50 in the bank but she still won temporary custody. I even have the ideal job to raise my daughter, I am a teacher. I just dont understand how this happened.
